3. Client Commitments and Confirmations

By using our Services, you commit to and confirm that the following statements are true and that you will adhere to the following obligations:

1. All information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and current.
2. You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to appoint an agent via a POA.
3. You will cooperate fully in the identity verification process (including video call authentication).
4. You understand that the final validity and enforceability of the POA are subject to UAE laws and the approval of relevant government authorities (e.g., Notary Public, Ministry of Justice).
5. You are solely responsible for the selection of your appointed agent ("Attorney-in-Fact") and the powers you grant them. We bear no liability for the acts or omissions of your appointed agent.

4. Service Process, Fees, and Payment

1. Process: Our standard service process includes: (a) online information submission, (b) professional document drafting, (c) secure video verification, (d) payment of all applicable government attestation fees, and (e) coordination for final legalization. Service timelines are estimates and may vary depending on client cooperation and government processing schedules.
2. Fees: Our quoted service fees are all-inclusive of our professional service charges and all mandatory UAE government attestation fees for the standard POA process. This does not include optional services, translation fees for languages other than Arabic/English (if subsequently required), international courier charges to destinations outside the UAE, or any additional authentication required for use outside the UAE (e.g., Ministry of Foreign Affairs or embassy legalization), which will be quoted separately.
3. Payment: Full payment or an agreed deposit is required to initiate services. Payments are non-refundable once the document drafting or verification stage has commenced, as government fees are incurred on your behalf at that stage, except as required by UAE law or at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
